beautiful things

To me, there's nothing better than a beautiful book. I love gorgeous covers that tend to suck the reader in– whether it be gorgeous photography, a fabulous font, or just an overall feel to a piece.


I also think that something beautiful on the outside should have something just as equally pretty on the inside. I'm not talking about the writing this time – I'm talking about bookplates.


I used to have different collections of bookplates as a child. I'm not really sure why I stopped using them. I might have to start up again, after seeing these gorgeous ones.
